Buying Clones with trophies is not possible.

Your trophies indicate how successful you are in combat: you earn them by winning brawls, but you can also lose them when you are overcome in battle!

No need to worry, though! You can always buy new Clones and upgrades in the Shop, using the Gold and Gems you collect when playing.
