We understand that you, as a parent, might have questions about our games, and what we do to keep you and your children safe while you are playing. We hope we will be able to answer all of your questions with this guide.
First of all, we want to make sure that all of our games are a safe environment for everyone, and to reach that goal we follow these simple rules:
- Our main goal is to make sure our games are always enjoyable, therefore their quality will always be our main focus
- We also want you to have all the information you need, including information about the content of our games before you download, and clear confirmation steps before finalizing a purchase
If you or your child ever encounter any problem with our games, we also want to make sure you will find all the answers you need. You will find most answers in our guides (such as this one), as well as instructions to help you contact the correct company for your issue: payments will generally be handled by Apple, while issues with the game itself are usually handled by us.
As mentioned, we will try to cover all most likely scenarios in this guide however, should you still have not found the answers you were looking for, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, try to include any information that might help us assist you, including a description of what happened and when, transaction ID receipts if relevant, screenshots if you have them, etc.

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS AND GENERAL POLICIES FOR FROGMIND’S GAMES?
WHO PROCESSES IN-APP PURCHASES?
Frogmind does not process payments for in-app purchases, nor has access to any of your credit card information. Purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google, via the personal email address associated with that account. You will also receive receipts directly at that email address, once a purchases is made.
WHAT’S FROGMIND’S POLICY ON PRIVACY?
Your privacy is our outmost priority. Here at Frogmind, we don’t have access to any of your credit card information, as all payment transactions are done through the Apple's App Store.
We won’t sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
We’ll also always ask for your consent when it comes to sending direct marketing messages to your mobile device.
