If you have recently obtained a refund for your gem purchase, the same amount of gems was removed as a result.

It is our priority to make sure that all players have the same fair opportunities, therefore we reserve the right to remove any in-game content, once the payment it was acquired with is refunded.

Refunds of large and/or multiple payments may also lead to the suspension of your game account, along with the removal of the gems. The same applies to the purchase of gems from 3rd party sites, as this is in violation of our Terms of Service.
