If you can not hear any in game sound, this could be due to different factors.

First of all check your in-game settings and make sure that the sounds you want to hear are set to ON.

Should this not fix your sound issue:
  • Make sure that the volume of your device is not set to 0 and, if you have an iOS device, that the sound switch is set to OFF
  • Try plugging earphones to check if the sound comes through that way
  • Open a different app with sound. Should you not hear any sound there either, the issue might be with your device
