In order to contact the support team, you follow these steps:

2. On the pop up window, tap on the button "Help and Support"

From there you can choose the issue that you face and if you don't find the answer, you will be redirected to one of our agents.

Our agents try to respond as soon as possible but please keep in mind sometimes they have to face a large number of tickets and can take a while to repond to your request.
