One phone number/email address can only be associated with one account. If your account has been deleted, the deleted account will be deactivated for X days and then erased permanently. After that, the phone number/email address will become available for linking to your new account.
To link the phone number/email address to your new account:
- Tap "Profile" and select "Sign up".
- Choose "Use phone" or "Use email" to continue.
- Follow the guided process to complete your registration.
