  1. Restart HypeHype.
  2. Upgrade to the latest version of the HypeHype app.
  3. Clear the app cache.
  4. Restart your device.
If the problem persists, please contact our support team with screenshots or screen-recordings of the issue, plus the answer to these questions:
 
- What happened?
- What were you doing when the issue occurred?
- How can we replicate it?
- What HypeHype version are you using ? (Can be found under user settings and scrolling down: for example 2023.01.19 (1)) 
- What device and operating system version are you using?
