To create a chat group, first open the Friends tab on the bottom bar. Then, tap the plus symbol next to the search bar. Here, tap the Create Group button, and fill in the information (Name and Description). Further down you can choose if this is a public or private group, and add members from your friends list. Finally, tap on Create and your group should be ready for chatting.
